There was a study done recently. When young people were asked what they struggled with most - their answer, was mental health.  Our world is more connected than ever before, but why are our kids also becoming the loneliest generation? We need to understand the changing times and how to balance family time while navigating the digital world?

We as parents, friends and educators, need to be reminding our young people that they are made for so much more than they can possibly imagine. The breath of God is in them, and God is going to use them to transform the world around them.
